UPVC Casement Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by'Veka'. Produced on the 10/08/2021 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market. Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Light cosmetic scratches on the external side (see photos), however, these could be touched up easily.

Externally opening windows - see photos. Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.

These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side. The colour of the hinges is Silver. 4CR0-31-1-8 (Unit 3 TG)(AW).
